The staff are always on hand to talk to me and know how mum is when I ring. I really cannot thank them enough for the care and love they show mum but also to me. At James Page House we provide nursing care for older people with kindness and sensitivity.

People commented, 'I don't have to wait long for staff to attend to me. They come straight away when I call.' Another person told us, 'The staff are excellent. They are careful to explain everything they do.' People said staff did everything needed to support them with their day to day living. James Page House is a nursing home caring for 36 older people who have a complex range of needs. The nursing and care staff within the home are supported by their colleagues in primary care, the community matron and members of the wider multi-disciplinary team.

We found these were developed to ensure effective monitoring and development of the service as well as helping to ensure standards were continually maintained. James Page House provides the highest possible quality of personal and nursing care in a supportive and safe environment.
